Adult Exercise Programs
Located at 154 Charles Colman Blvd.
Total Body Fitness: A combination cardio and strength class including conditioning, body sculpting, muscle toning, weight lifting and step aerobics. Final touches include abdominal exercises with added emphasis on core conditioning with stretching for improved flexibility.
Morning Class: Tuesday & Thursday: 9:15 am

Pilates Plus: This class focuses on exercises that strengthen the musculature deep within the abdomen region of the body. The goal of strengthening this area is to improve body alignments and posture while relieving back pain.
Morning Class: Monday , Wednesday & Saturday: 9:15

Cost: $70/Members, $80/Residents, $90/Non-Residents
Stretch and Tone: A class for seniors designed to target and challenge all muscle groups using weights, stability balls and resistance bands. These exercises improve overall balance, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. It is advised that participants obtain doctors permission before taking this class.
