Registration Information: We encourage everyone to participate in our programs, activities and events. It is recommended that you register yourself or your child for activities as soon as possible due to the fact that some of our classes have limited space and will fill up rapidly. The Recreation Department has the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. They also have the right to move the location, or cancel a class if there is a building conflict.
Holidays and Snow Days The Recreation Department follows the Pawling Central School District Calendar. When school is closed, there will be NO Recreation Programs. This includes snow days and winter holidays. There are NO recreation programs on federal or state holidays. For more information or if you have any questions, do not hesitate to call the Recreation Office.
Refund Policy: We do NOT offer refunds unless a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. We can however, offer credit which can be used toward other recreation programs or park memberships.
Teen Employment Opportunities: The Town of Pawling Recreation Department provides numerous jobs for teens throughout the year. Recruitment for summer positions begins in April. Anyone interested in working for the Recreation Department is encouraged to call to discuss employment opportunities.
Parking: Please follow parking rules set forth by Pawling Central School District and the Recreation Department. There is NO PARKING in fire lanes, or handicapped parking spaces.
