SENIOR DROP IN CENTER: The Pawling Seniors meet every Tuesday morning from 9:30—12:00 noon. All are welcome to join for good company, coffee and cake. We are always up to something, making baskets for the Resource center, making cookies for the Veterans Hospital, wheel chair totes, dolls, blankets, you name it. If you would like to have fun, meet new friends, then feel free to drop in to the lower level of the Recreation Building, 154 Charles Colman Blvd. There is no cost.
NUTRITION SITE: Monday—Fridays enjoy a hot lunch served by the Dutchess County office of the Aging. Transportation is provided. Along with a meal, enjoy games, and trips. The group coordinated by Connie Barthen meets at the Leigion Building next to the Town Hall. Pavilion from 9:00 am—2:00 pm. For more information, please call 855-4409.
Senior Injury Prevention Exercise Program - Another program sponsored by the Dutchess County Office of the Aging is this program to help instruct Seniors on the prevention of injury through exercise. This is a free program and meets Monday and Fridays from 10:00-11:00 am at the Holmes Whaley Lake Civic Association under the instruction of Betty Kimma
