Body Sculpting: AT THE HOLMES WHALEY LAKE CIVIC ASSOCIATION BUILDING
Join AFAA certified instructor Connie Barthen for this complete body sculpting class in HOLMES, at the Holmes Whaley Lake Civic Center located on Route 292. This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm to 8pm. Warm up with simple aerobics, sculpt all your major muscles (walking lunges, squats, thighs and upper body), add in awesome abs for 10 minutes and end with a cool down. This combination cardio and strength class includes conditioning, body sculpting, muscle toning, weight lifting, and step aerobics. Final touches include abdominal exercises with added emphasis on core conditioning with stretching for improved flexibility.

Pilates Plus with Kate Petagine
This class focuses on exercises that strengthen the musculature deep within the abdomen region of the body. The goal of strengthening this area is to improve body alignments and posture while relieving back pain.

ZUMBA CLASS – This class will be under the instruction of Gina Rollins. Zumba is the hottest new workout for dancers and non-dancers alike! This Latin inspired fitness class is fun, easy and effective it’s exercise in disguise! SENIOR PROGRAMS
SENIOR DROP IN CENTER: The Pawling Seniors meet every Tuesday morning from 9:30—12:00 noon. All are welcome to join for good company, coffee and cake. We are always up to something, making baskets for the Resource center, making cookies for the Veterans Hospital, wheel chair totes, dolls, blankets, you name it. If you would like to have fun, meet new friends, then feel free to drop in to the lower level of the Recreation Building, 154 Charles Colman Blvd. There is no cost.
NUTRITION SITE: Monday—Fridays enjoy a hot lunch served by the Dutchess County office of the Aging. Transportation is provided. Along with a meal, enjoy games, and trips. The group coordinated by Connie Barthen meets at the Leigion Building next to the Town Hall from 9:00 am—2:00 pm. For more information, please call 855-4409
